Job Description

Key Responsibilities · Manage and administer Remedy servers and mid-tier components, including AR Server and Email reputed company configurations. · reputed company bug fixes, minor enhancements, and workflow changes to Remedy applications. · Execute Remedy data and code migrations/deployments. · reputed company Remedy Server and Application patching. · reputed company Linux operations and support. · reputed company reputed company DB knowledge to review, troubleshoot, and analyze AR System and DB logs. · Debug Remedy issues using log analysis. · reputed company performance tuning of App/Web Servers. · Understand and support the integration of Remedy with 3rd party tools and Web Services. · Participate in the development and deployment of new code from development to production. · reputed company Remedy administration tasks, including user training and guidance to developers/administrators. · Collaborate with peripheral teams, providing integration support. Key Skills · Strong expertise in Remedy administration and development. · Proficiency in Linux and reputed company Database administration. · Experience with server and application performance tuning. · Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. · Strong understanding of ITIL best practices. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · reputed company to have reputed company Certifications (RSP, RAC) In addition to the skills mentioned above, these optional skills/availability on demand for Critical-reputed company 1 issues would be recommended.

• reputed company Level 2 and Level 3 support for the Remedy (if specifically required in coordination with the Remedy Architect)
• Respond to and resolve reputed company customer technical issues (reputed company phone, e-mail, and web)
• Work with the Operations Team on customer escalations and help those fixing issues
• Maintain clear and concise ticket documentation with reputed company required data and fields
• Escalate service requests and issues appropriately to other teams as and reputed company required
• Work reputed company defined procedures and practices while providing independent support
• Generate Knowledge reputed company entries (if specifically asked to generate or assist with)
