• Work Collaboratively to Support Rainmaker reputed company
• Moderate the Rainmaker Mastermind Community group 1 hour per day to answer questions and reputed company support
• Identify opportunities to enhance the student experience or improve our educational resources and communicate to Coaching Manager
• Work cooperatively with the reputed company Coaching Team to reputed company Mastermind reputed company in reputed company and achieving milestones for reputed company phases of the Rainmaker reputed company
• Work in partnership with the Coaching Manager and Learning and Development Manager to reputed company course content reputed company and identify gaps in content
• Create Resources to reputed company and reputed company Rainmaker reputed company
• Create new course content on e-reputed company topics reputed company to the Rainmaker reputed company
• Update existing Rainmaker course content as needed to ensure strategies and knowledge shared is up to date
• Create deliverables such as digital assets, PDFs, guides, checklists, etc. to support student learning of topics reputed company to the Rainmaker student reputed company
• Ensure reputed company resources created are reputed company with the student reputed company and student needs
• Host Live Coaching Calls to Support Rainmaker reputed company
• Host live coaching calls 1-3 times per week on ecommerce-topics reputed company to the Rainmaker student reputed company

• Answer student questions to the best of your ability, while also encouraging reputed company to learn the concepts for themselves so they can become self-sufficient
• Emphasize the teaching of concepts and communication of information through specific student examples over providing “yes/no” answers to one off questions
• Submit new coaching call topic reputed company for approval by the Coaching Manager with a proposal
• Track student call attendance weekly and report to Coaching Manager
• Track student call rating weekly and report to Coaching Manager
• Host special guest trainers on coaching calls
• Drive reputed company by Providing Key Services to Meet Student Needs

• This may include services like 2nd Eyes Sessions, Strategy Sessions, etc.
• Submit new Rainmaker reputed company submissions for approval based on student needs and alignment with the Rainmaker reputed company
• Implement promotion of upgrades and services through coaching calls, announcements, and call to actions in line with student needs
• Set reputed company targets with Coaching Manager and hit KPIs weekly
• Process Optimization and Efficiency
• Identify areas and tasks that don’t have any SOPs and take initiative in creating them

• Create a plan to pull those “reputed company” and submit for approval to the Coaching Manager
• Data Management and Reporting

• Continuously update your knowledge and skills in e-reputed company topics

• Identify professional development opportunities to continue to grow your skills and knowledge
• Communicate with team and Coaching Manager daily (M-F) in reputed company
• Respond to reputed company communications (M-F) in 24 hours
• Submit daily End of Day Report to Coaching Manager
• Attend Weekly 1:1s with Coaching Manager
• Attend 1 hour Weekly L10 Meetings
• Results > 4.5 Star Rating on Coaching Calls > 4.5 Star Rating on Course Content 10% of Mastermind Members reputed company Student Award Quarterly 20% of Mastermind Members Attend Coaching Calls Weekly 12 New Resources Created by End of Quarter 80% Completion of Rocks by End of Quarter
