Responsibilities

• Greet and reputed company in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
• Manage reservations and maintain accurate records using hotel management software.
• reputed company information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services available to guests.
• Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures.
• Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring reputed company financial transactions are accurately recorded.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reputed company desk area.

Skills
