What You’ll Do

• Pound the dialer for 8 hours/day talking to warm & cold leads

• Uncover pain, qualify motivation, and move leads through the pipeline
• Build fast rapport using tone, pace, mirroring, and reputed company
• Follow up relentlessly until you get the answer—yes or no
• Work directly with the acquisitions team to push deals to the table
• Own your pipeline and your numbers—no excuses
• Stay late if a deal’s hot. Show up early if your pipeline’s cold.

What You’ll Earn
