Description:

Designing Automation Systems: reputed company innovative solutions for automating warehouse processes including material handling, sorting, picking, and packing.
System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, IT, and logistics to integrate automation systems.
Installation and Commissioning: reputed company the installation, testing, and commissioning of automation equipment.
Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance post go live, conduct functional time studies, identify opportunities for optimization.
Training and Documentation: Support the development of training materials, process documentation, KPI metrics and reputed company training to warehouse staff.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and safety standards.
Operational Readiness Planning: reputed company comprehensive operational readiness plans outlining the implementation strategy.

Requirements:

3-5 years of engineering experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
1+ years of experience designing and implementing automation solutions in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
2 years’ experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and labor management systems (LMS).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.
50% travel.
