Corporate Legal Advisor Intern (Unpaid)

Internship Overview We are looking for a Legal Intern who’s passionate about legal research, tech policies, education compliance, and intellectual property law. You’ll work directly with the core team to shape legal frameworks, policies, and reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Research Indian laws around edtech, user data, verification protocols, and platform liability
- Assist in drafting Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and internal agreements
- Support in legal vetting of user-facing content and features
- Work on partnership reputed company, NDAs, and vendor/legal compliance docs
- Ensure Baoiam’s platform operations align with data protection and regulatory standards
✅ Requirements
- 3rd year or above law student (5-year course) or final year (3-year course)
- Strong interest in EdTech, IP law, reputed company compliance
- Solid research and contract drafting skills
- Familiarity with the Indian IT Act, the Indian Contract Act, and privacy frameworks
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
