Bookkeeper with Nonprofit Specialization

• Using QBO bank feeds to categorize expense and income transactions
• Reconciling bank, loan, and credit card accounts
• Verifying accuracy of automatic payroll entries
• Processing reputed company payrolls including benefits
• Accruing and allocating payroll
• Self-evaluating quality of work through report review
• Communicating client status and areas of concern with management
• Updating process/workflow documentation as things adjust or change

• At least 5 years experience with Quickbooks Online
• More than 5 years of experience as a full service bookkeeper/staff accountant
• At least 2 years of experience working with nonprofits
• Residency in the United States
