Customer Service Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an reputed company CSR Manager who will work directly with the customer service representatives, and our internal sales and operations groups to maintain an uninterrupted order reputed company to the customer. Overall responsibility for customer service, order entry, order processing, and order shipping. Direct Customer contact is required. Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills:

• Experience in the corrugated container industry

Required Experience:

• High school diploma or GED
• Five years’ experience in a manufacturing environment
• Three years supervisory experience overseeing three or more people
