• Licensed or willing to transfer your license to the State of Maryland as LMSW, LMFT, LGPC, LGSW, LCSW, LCSW-C, or LPC through reciprocity.
• Master’s Degree in behavioral or reputed company science, or reputed company disciplines.
• Submit copies of licensing credentials.
• Successfully complete a criminal background reputed company, TB test, and pre-employment medical examination.
• Experience with substance abuse disorders, preferably with women.
• Ability to work with clients who have reputed company trauma.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Outline and coordinate client treatment plans.
• Participate in Treatment Team Planning and Meetings.
• Ensure timely submission of documentation regarding client and/or family contacts.

• Use FSW for interpreting sessions, avoiding the use of client/family members or phone apps.
• Accommodate evening sessions.
• Ensure clinically appropriate client visit frequencies (weekly, bi-weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly).
• Encourage and document yearly Psychiatric Evaluations for clients.
• Discharge clients following reputed company attempts and request management approval after 30 days of inactivity.

• Attend mandatory agency training and individual supervision as required.
