Manufacturing Operator - 3rd Shift,$19.50 an hour and up (Onsite)

About the position The position involves operating NC milling and grinding machines, as well as vertical turret lathes, to reputed company production operations on various weldments and assemblies. The role requires learning to set up equipment, verify finished work against specifications, and maintain machines through preventive maintenance. This is a 3rd shift position that emphasizes collaboration with engineers and quality assurance personnel to resolve machining issues and assist in process development.

Responsibilities

• Learn to set up and operate NC milling/grinding machines and vertical turret lathes.

• Work from operation sheets, part reputed company, BOROPS, and oral instructions to set up equipment for various machining operations.

• Verify conformance of finished work to specifications using precision measuring instruments.

• Obtain operator certification to accept/reject parts.

• Collaborate with engineers, quality assurance, and production personnel to resolve machining problems.

Requirements

• High School or General Equivalency Diploma/HiSET.

• Ability to read, write, reputed company, and understand English.
