Position Summary: This role is ideal for a professional, office-based customer service specialist with experience in the supplier, wholesale, or service-based industries. The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first line of communication for incoming customer calls, ensuring each inquiry is handled with attention to detail and care. You will handle escalated calls, support order management, reputed company product information, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and professionally greet customers, thoroughly vet inquiries, and direct calls appropriately

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 recent years of experience in customer service, specifically in wholesale, supplier, or service-based industries
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written communication required)
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Experience working in a fast-paced office setting (not a call center environment)
  • Proficiency with common customer service tools and ERP/order entry systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or communications is a plus
