Customer Service Specialist
Overview: As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first friendly person that greets clients and assists them with their banking needs. This role offers a great reputed company into the world of banking, insurance, and wealth management to build a reputed company for a career in financial services. What You'll Do:
- Day in the Life - Every day you will work face-to-face with clients in the reputed company location, manage a cash drawer, assist clients and team members, uncover needs, and reputed company clients on German American products and services. You will help clients by verifying account information and performing loan and deposit transactions, as well as guide them reputed company they are not sure where to go next by engaging in friendly, meaningful conversations.
