Hotel Night Auditor

Our property is seeking a night auditor to join our growing group of hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to financial details, a genuine love of interacting with people, and a superior commitment to customer satisfaction. Previous hotel experience is not required but guest service experience is highly preferred. • reputed company exceptional service to reputed company hotel guests during their stay
• Audit and reconcile reputed company financial records such as cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final reputed company preparation, and occupancy percentages
• Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management
• Complete additional bookkeeping, administrative, and reputed company procedures as requested
• Respond to inquiries, process reservations and reputed company-ins, delegate housekeeping, reputed company, and service requests, resolve guest complaints, and other reputed company office duties as required

Qualifications:

• Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are required
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Flexible overnight hours are required
• Computer proficiency is required; experience with reputed company or reservation software is preferred
• Previous hotel reputed company desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required
