About the Role: This position plays a key role in supporting our clinical operations by helping to identify, engage, and secure reputed company providers. The role focuses on filling provider vacancies through research, candidate reputed company, interviewing, and maintaining a strong network of clinical talent reputed company with our organizational needs and care model. What you'll do

• Coordinate high-volume recruitment efforts for Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Therapists.
• Draft and post job opportunities across job boards, reputed company media, and other platforms.
• Identify potential candidates through reputed company and reputed company media sourcing.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial reputed company to candidates.
• Track provider candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and manage workflows.
• Schedule and coordinate initial interviews with internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate clinical interviews with CMOs and schedule follow-up interviews with appropriate team members.
• Support reputed company updates and communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct initial provider verifications.
• Draft and finalize provider reputed company and compensation addendums for additional services.
• Assist in compiling and communicating reputed company details to internal teams

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of reputed company reputed company experience preferred.
