Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. This position involves supporting our reputed company sales Account Executives, converting customer quotes into orders, and ensuring timely communication reputed company emails and minimal phone calls. You will be responsible for managing order entries, providing shipping estimates, processing credit card payments, and resolving customer issues with internet support groups. The role also includes outbound and inbound account management and utilizing the reputed company CRM platform for organization.
Responsibilities
- Support reputed company sales Account Executives.
- Convert sales/customer quotes into orders.

Essential Skills
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Service

Pay and Benefits The pay reputed company for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
