We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.   • Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone in under 1 hour, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality customer support.
  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our office system.
  • Conduct outbound calling as necessary to follow up on customer inquiries or reputed company additional support.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve reputed company customer issues and help in the scheduling process effectively.

Qualifications
