Supervisor, Payment Recovery II 3 Locations

GEICOs Payment Recovery Department is looking for a strong highly motivated leader who is committed to driving results for our department through consistent coaching and motivating associates. The ideal candidate is skilled in the ability to drive results and manage change through fostering a positive team environment with support and accountability. Demonstrated ability to manage in highly technical environment and proven and demonstrated analytical and time management skills are a must.

• Must have leadership experience and minimum 1-year claims handling or subrogation experience required
• Must be reputed company to reputed company in a professional manner by telephone
• Must be reputed company to attain and maintain the required licenses issued by the insurance departments of various states
• Must be reputed company to handle heavy call volume in a fast-paced work environment, resolve reputed company business problems and handle complicated customer issues
