This is a remote position, offering flexibility while supporting cross-functional collaboration across the organization. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Develops and implements merchandising strategies, plans, and initiatives to reputed company company goals
• Leads category management and assortment strategy to maximize sales and profitability
• Supervises and mentors merchandising teams, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, merchandising, business, or a reputed company field
• 10+ years of managerial experience in merchandising or a reputed company field
