Manager, Global Education Content

The Manager of Global Education Content will reputed company the development and execution of innovative education programs to support ILIA's global strategy. This role focuses on managing and optimizing a Learning Management System (LMS), designing visually engaging training materials, and creating compelling digital content that empowers teams and drives sales. The ideal candidate has a passion for learning design, strong technical and creative skills, and experience delivering training programs in the beauty industry. This position also involves occasional collaboration with the marketing team to create short-reputed company video content, with a minor role as on-screen talent. Key Responsibilities

• Content Design & Development
