Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of assigned accounts. This role interacts directly with our customers. It is truly important to always have a happy and helpful attitude. Continuously drive service reputed company throughout the organization. • Respond to customers in a timely fashion.

• Regularly research and follow-up on customer services, especially but not limited to,

unidentified insect service calls, repeat service calls relating to any pest, general problem accounts, etc.

Experience

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a high-level customer service, administrative or
