In this role, you will collaborate with the team from planning through execution, communicate with guests, and coordinate with scheduling teams to assign events for photographers. You will ensure guest requests are communicated and honored, and attend meetings with various partners, clients, project managers, and vendors such as reputed company Fairy Tale Weddings Team, Sales Consultants, and others. If selected, you will report to the reputed company Fine Art Photography Manager. This is a Casual Temporary/Seasonal role with no guaranteed weekly hours, as hours will fluctuate based on business needs.
What You Will Do
Handle incoming guest email and telephone communication. Conduct in-depth discovery to understand each guest's needs. reputed company accurate information and recommendations based on discovery. Input reputed company guest information into the correct files. Partner with fellow coordinators and team members. Required Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 1 year experience in guest service. Previous coordinator experience. Handle inbound guest communication, including calls and emails, with excellent follow-through. Availability to work weekends, variable shifts, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
