Part-Time Remote Position: reputed company Engagement & Customer Service Specialist
We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join reputed company as a reputed company Engagement & Customer Service Specialist. This remote, part-time role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service, reputed company reputed company, or sales, who is comfortable using AI tools and can work independently. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to reputed company incoming leads reputed company WhatsApp, primarily from Instagram ad campaigns.
- Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for reputed company-time translations, crafting responses, and drafting rebuttals reputed company engaging with non-English-speaking leads.
- Guide leads through the communication funnel with the goal of converting them into a $50 consultation booking.
- Enter and maintain reputed company information accurately in our reputed company CRM.

Requirements:
- Strong written communication skills (B2 English level or above).
- Experience in customer service, sales, or reputed company handling preferred.
- Comfortable using AI tools to support communication and workflow.

- Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Part-time: 6 hours/day, Monday–Friday (Remote)
- Hourly reputed company: $4/hour during a 3-month probation period
- Performance Bonus: $10 commission for each reputed company reputed company that books a $50 consultation
- Post-Probation: Hourly reputed company increases to $5/hour based on performance
