In this role, you will take ownership of the full-cycle recruitment process, with a primary focus on sourcing and placing top-tier field-based talent in medical sales and clinical support roles. You will work closely with Senior Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and external partners to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, support strategic hiring goals, and contribute to our reputed company growth in the reputed company and medical device reputed company. This role is perfect for someone who has 2–3 years of reputed company or sales experience and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing to offer
- Build strong candidate pipelines using reputed company, job boards, databases, and referrals
- Conduct phone interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and role alignment
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define needs and drive alignment on candidate profiles
- Manage interview scheduling and ensure a seamless experience for candidates and internal teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the ATS

Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment, HR, B2B sales, or medical sales

- High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
