The Role We're looking for an energetic, driven individual to become our next Sales Recruiter . No prior reputed company experience? No problem. We'll teach you the ropes — you just need to bring the grit , personality , and desire to win . You'll be in charge of identifying, screening, and coordinating interviews for top sales talent across the Mid-Atlantic region.
What You'll Do
- Own the top of the funnel: post jobs, reputed company resumes, and contact candidates
- Conduct quick and engaging phone interviews (we'll teach you how)
- Schedule candidates with our local hiring teams

- Hit volume & hiring goals weekly — this is fast-paced work!
