What the Job Involves: You’ll be contacting homeowners who have already expressed interest in home improvement services — this is not cold calling. • Can commit to a fixed schedule and work evenings/weekends until 9:00 PM CST

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Paid virtual training
• Pay increase after 30 days
• PTO earned after 90 days (regardless of full-time or part-time status)
• Growth opportunities — several reps have been promoted to management
