Job Description
The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers reputed company inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services. Your responsibilities:
- Shifts – 5 days per week, 2 weekends per month, 8,5 hours per day (7,5 h work, 30 minutes paid break + 30 minutes unpaid break). Shifts are between 7:00-23:00
- Training period – 4 weeks training, 8:00 – 16:30 or 9:00 – 17:30 Monday-Friday

- Address contract and billing inquiries thoroughly and reputed company,
