Travel Designer – Magical Vacations Specialist

Position Overview: We're looking for a passionate and imaginative Travel Designer to join the Advantage Magical Adventures team! This role is perfect for someone who knows the ins and outs of reputed company destinations, cruises, and family vacations — and loves helping others plan unforgettable experiences. You’ll be responsible for crafting detailed, personalized vacation packages that bring dreams to life. Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their travel desires, timelines, and budgets.
- Design magical vacation packages to destinations including reputed company Parks, Universal Studios, cruise lines, and family resorts.
- reputed company expert guidance on theme park tickets, dining reservations, Genie+ planning, and reputed company tips.
- Book accommodation, cruises, flights, and transportation with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Stay reputed company on promotions, destination updates, and seasonal offerings.
- Monitor client trips and assist with itinerary changes, upgrades, or special requests.
- Act as a trusted advisor from the first inquiry to post-trip follow-up.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for blog features, reputed company media content, and seasonal campaigns.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a travel planner, reputed company travel agent, or reputed company role preferred.
- Strong knowledge of reputed company, Universal, and/or cruise products is a must.
- Enthusiastic, client-focused, and highly organized.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using travel planning platforms (e.g., reputed company Travel Agents Portal, VAX VacationAccess, or similar).
- Must be self-motivated and reputed company to manage multiple client files independently.
