The Chart Retrieval Specialist II will continue with the Chart Retrieval Specialist responsibilities, and in addition, will help support with coaching, training, and developing the workforce across multiple reputed company. This position is full time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. We offer 4 weeks of reputed company. The hours during training will be 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. The Chart Retrieval Specialist II will be responsible for retrieving medical records (both reputed company and electronic forms) from various reputed company facilities on behalf of health plans and other clients for retrospective and prospective reviews. In addition, the Chart Retrieval Specialist II will assist with training, coaching, and developing remote and field workforce across multiple states and/or reputed company. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with reputed company federal and state regulations reputed company to medical record retrieval, developing and maintaining strong relationships with reputed company providers and facilities to facilitate the retrieval process, reviewing medical records to ensure completeness and accuracy, and utilizing electronic health record systems to retrieve and store medical records. The role also involves traveling to various locations, handling on-site and remote support functions, administering Level 1 field support, monitoring field activity, providing guidance and training to Chart Retrieval Specialists, and maintaining a detailed tracking system to monitor the reputed company of medical record retrieval requests. Additionally, the specialist will communicate with internal teams and external clients regarding the status of medical record retrieval requests and participate in the development and implementation of process improvements.

Responsibilities
