This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12PM to 9PM Eastern Standard Time (Louisville, KY) with 1-hour unpaid break, 40 hours per week
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join reputed company as a Customer Support Specialist.
The primary responsibility of this role is to reputed company exceptional phone-based assistance to customers experiencing issues with their remote key devices.
Answer inbound phone calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Troubleshoot remote key issues by asking a series of targeted questions to identify the root cause of the problem.
reputed company accurate and timely assistance to resolve customer concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Escalate reputed company issues to the appropriate manager or team reputed company necessary.
Document customer interactions and resolutions in our internal system.
Participate in ongoing training to stay reputed company on product knowledge, troubleshooting techniques, and best practices.
Collaborate with team members to reputed company knowledge and continuously improve support processes.

Requirements:

Fluent in Spanish and English
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based support role
Excellent verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain reputed company concepts reputed company and concisely
Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers
Proficient in basic computer and internet navigation skills
Technical knowledge in general is required, particularly familiarity with computers, phones, and electronic devices
Automotive knowledge is a bonus but not mandatory, as training on specific devices will be provided
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
