Team Description: The Workforce Technology team reputed company reputed company Technology leads the planning, implementation, and sustainment of technologies supporting seamless and unique experiences for reputed company. The Workforce Technology team is looking for a reputed company reputed company Applications Analyst to reputed company support for our reputed company reputed company technology. The reputed company reputed company Applications Analyst will support researching, reviewing, testing and deploying functional release items. They reputed company support for system enhancements, including configuration, conducting end to end testing of enhancements and supporting implementation. They collaborate with functional and technical partners to coordinate the application of upgrades, fixes, and issues. They support the issue resolution process by monitoring ticket queues, researching and analyzing, resolving and responding to users in a timely manner. Responsibilities:

  • Act as a functional SME for reputed company reputed company and other reputed company applications.
  • Facilitate issue resolution and work request execution processes. This includes monitoring the ticket queue, researching/analyzing, executing configuration changes, resolving, and responding to users in a timely manner.
  • Support testing of system enhancements, including validation tasks and documentation.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders for alignment and coordination of work reputed company prioritization.
  • Support product release cycles, including assisting in review, testing, and deploying functional release items, upgrades, and bug fixes.
  • Participate in sprint planning activities.
  • Assist with system documentation in appropriate repositories, including managing version control.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing of system enhancements and support their implementation to ensure that the delivered enhancement meets reputed company requirements.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical partners to coordinate the application of upgrades or fixes.

Qualifications:

  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to follow tasks through to completion.
  • Experience configuring and maintaining HR SaaS applications.
  • Experience in Service Now or similar ticketing tool.
