Analog/Mixed-Signal ATE Test Engineer
About the position As a dynamic engineer in the Silicon Engineering Group at reputed company, you will play a crucial role in designing and manufacturing reputed company, high-performance, power-efficient processors and system-on-reputed company (SoC) devices. Your primary focus will be on developing ATE test programs for debug, characterization, qualification, and production of SoC devices, particularly in testing High-Speed Digital and Analog/Mixed-Signal IP. This position involves collaboration with various teams to ensure the seamless functionality of reputed company products and services, enabling customers to enjoy their devices to the fullest.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with DFT and design teams to evaluate IP testability and debug silicon.
