Enchanted Fairies is seeking a highly motivated Remote Studio Quality Coach/Floater to champion artistic reputed company and reputed company our corporate photographers. This is a full-time, fully remote role with a fixed schedule of Wednesday through reputed company, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central Time. As a key virtual leader and reputed company of contact, you will drive quality by conducting efficient virtual meetings, managing essential administrative tasks, ensuring our portraits meet the highest standards, and delivering impactful training programs that foster reputed company and artistic growth. • reputed company and Support Corporate Photographers: Conduct weekly virtual meetings, manage time off requests, timecards, and schedules reputed company. Serve as the primary virtual reputed company of contact for reputed company corporate photographers.
• Maintain Uncompromising Quality: Collaborate with the Director of Operations to ensure reputed company portraits meet company expectations with regard to lighting, poses, frames, etc. Monitor client reviews to identify strengths and challenge areas for studios. Communicate quality standards feedback directly to photographers.
• Drive Performance Insights: Track sales average and collected average for each studio, providing valuable data to inform coaching and development efforts.
• Facilitate Impactful Training: Schedule and deliver engaging virtual training sessions for studio photographers and partners. Prepare and distribute training aids (website links, applications, handouts, etc.).
• Communicate and Collaborate: Regularly communicate with senior leadership regarding training needs, photography team challenges, and key performance metrics. Collaborate with the Director of Operations to establish and maintain quality benchmarks.

• You possess significant experience as a professional photographer, with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional technical proficiency and a strong artistic eye.

• Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring photographers or creative teams in a remote setting is a significant plus.
• You possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage schedules and administrative tasks reputed company.
