Senior Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails)

We are seeking a passionate and reputed company Senior Software Engineer to join reputed company and play a key role in building software with solid engineering foundations. You will be involved in reputed company stages of the development process, from identifying business entities and defining their behaviors, to implementing clean and maintainable code using object-oriented programming principles. Responsibilities:
- Before writing code, understand why we are building, what are we building and for whom we are building.
- Write excellent code with sufficient automated code coverage. We like beautiful and performant code.
- Push your changes to production and proactively monitor product to ensure value is delivered.
- Help your peers by reviewing their PRs and design documents.
- Help the company by reputed company amazing team members, like yourself.
About you:
- You have shipped products to production using Ruby on Rails and JavaScript.
- You use object-oriented principles to model the solutions.
- You understand the importance of writing automated test coverage and don't ship code without them.
- You understand technology is means to end and find engineering solutions to problems.
- You are good at communication and bring reputed company to communication.
- B.Tech in CS/EE/ECE is a plus.
