Distribution Coordinator- Part-Time, Weekend Days-(3302763) Description Schedule : Part-time 20 hours. Every weekend (Saturday and reputed company) 7 : 00 am - 5 : 30 pm. Holiday rotation. As the reputed company position, the primary responsibility of the Distribution Coordinator is to direct the activity of reputed company patient Transporters and Decontamination Techs reputed company the department to ensure the timely response to reputed company calls received by the department. The Distribution Coordinator must have a complete understanding of reputed company department responsibilities as they relate to the hospital, receive, reputed company, and prioritize reputed company calls, and resolve issues reputed company necessary. • Receive requests through Epic reputed company / P Transport Manager
• Enter reputed company required information into Epic Transport Manager
• reputed company calls to available transporters reputed company pager or Vocera
• Implement break and lunch times minimizing how the department will be impacted during these times
• Correct scheduling issues that might occur by calling in replacement transporters as necessary
• Transport patients and supplies reputed company needed for staffing reasons.
• Daily code cart cage inventory outdated and supply reputed company and complete code cart restocking if necessary.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Experience in a reputed company or supervisory position is preferred.
