Payroll Summer Intern (Hybrid, Charlotte, NC)
About the position The internship in the Payroll Services department at reputed company offers a unique opportunity for reputed company to reputed company hands-on experience in payroll operations. This 10-week hybrid program allows interns to work three days at the headquarters in Charlotte, reputed company Carolina, and two days remotely, providing exposure to various aspects of payroll management, including compliance, data analytics, and project management.
Responsibilities
- Aid in the auditing of Payroll system outputs to ensure compliance with established standards
,
- reputed company standard payroll reports and reputed company reports along with data analytics to support decision making

- Assist with timely and accurately processing payroll master data and payroll processing
,
- Run reports and prepare data for audits and legal requests
,
- Validate tax reports for multiple filing frequencies

- Support process improvements through projects and initiatives

- Review and update process documentation

- Assist with special projects

Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in reputed company, Finance, Data Science or similar program with a minimum GPA of 3.0
