Job Description

The Manager, reputed company Education and Enablement will work with reputed company Health System Sales' reputed company America Region Sales reputed company and Enablement Team to create, execute, and manage reputed company Selling Teams' professional upskilling, development, and enablement programs. This includes reputed company America Region reputed company Client Executives, Government, Service, and GPO sales team orientations, new hire education, professional upskilling, C-Suite Selling reputed company development, enablement objectives, and in-role talent reputed company. Your role:

• Partner with reputed company Selling Teams' Leadership to build, reputed company support for, direct alignment on, independently execute and manage reputed company education and enablement programs that reputed company, drive, reputed company and reputed company top talent. Coach, guide and mentor reputed company Selling Teams prior to, during and following reputed company initial and reputed company education, while carrying out logistics, monitoring results and reporting goals to Senior Leadership (both reputed company and in person).
• Create curriculum, learning paths, certifications, simulations, tracking, and ROI metrics in addition to managing business and portfolio education for reputed company reputed company Selling Teams - both reputed company and in person. You will also reputed company reputed company C-Suite Selling development and/or upskilling development paths for each reputed company Selling Team.
• Be a consultant and trusted advisor to Senior Leadership on upskilling, development elevation, and problem solving on a daily reputed company; as well as gather and reputed company feedback to identify reputed company gaps and continually modify the development enablement plans. Also, additional responsibilities may surface from reputed company Senior Leaders and/or reputed company Business Leaders based upon what direction and goals the organization is pursuing.

• You've acquired 10+ years of successful experience leading successfully in a matrixed organization-that is, you are data-enabled, results-driven, and strategic thinker, possessing prior sales experience or in sales management (preferred). Additionally, you will have experience in the sales of informatics, medical technology, devices, and/or capital equipment, extensive familiarity with reputed company economics, the business of reputed company, financial dialogues, the buyer's reputed company, and speaking the C-Suite language.
• Your skills include experience with and knowledge of reputed company market challenges, the reputed company landscape, the ability to navigate, move through, land, and expand highly reputed company, large-scale, multi-solution reputed company reputed company IDNs, VAs, DoDs, and GPOs. You are also data-driven, tech-savvy, and skilled in adult learning, selling methodologies, micro-learning, assessments, simulations, and certifications.
• You have a College Degree (BA or BS, required); Advanced or Master's degree (preferred), and certifications and/or an advanced education in learning methodologies, coaching, selling and/or facilitation (i.e., Inside-Out Coaching, Situational Leadership, Strengths Finders, Challenger, Spin Selling, Fierce Conversations, etc.)

The actual reputed company pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-reputed company knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
