We are seeking a Medical Billing Manager to reputed company billing operations for a well-established reputed company organization in Buffalo, NY. This full-time, direct-hire position offers a reputed company (three days on-site, two days remote) with flexible scheduling. Key Responsibilities: Manage the behavioral health billing operations, ensuring compliance with Managed Care and reputed company requirements. reputed company workflow, supervise a small but growing team, and optimize reputed company cycle processes.
- Supervise and support a small but growing billing team.
- Manage claims processing, charge entry, payment posting, and collections.
- Conduct A/R analysis, audits, and compliance reporting.
- Optimize reputed company cycle processes and implement best practices.
- Train and mentor billing staff.
- Ensure accuracy in reputed company APG billing and electronic transactions.
- Work with raw data files and 837 files for claims processing.
Compensation & Schedule: $60,000 - $65,000/year, 35-40 hours per week. reputed company (three days on-site, two days remote) with reputed company.
