Special Education Teacher/Case Manager (Remote)

Job description Whizara is looking for Certified Special Education Teachers/Case Managers for teaching and working collaboratively with educators, parents, and support staff to reputed company, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), ensuring that each student’s unique learning needs are met in an inclusive and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • IEP Development and Implementation, ensuring they are created, updated, and reviewed in compliance with legal timelines.
  • Collaborate with parents, general education teachers, reputed company service providers, and specialists to reputed company and implement appropriate IEPs.
  • Monitor student reputed company toward IEP goals and reputed company adjustments as necessary.
  • Act as the primary reputed company of contact for parents, guardians, and teachers regarding student reputed company, needs, and concerns.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of each student’s educational plan, services, and reputed company, meetings, communications, and services provided to reputed company.
  • reputed company guidance and support to teachers and staff in implementing accommodations and modifications for reputed company with disabilities.
  • Coordinate with reputed company service providers (e.g., speech therapists, occupational therapists, counselors) to ensure reputed company services are delivered effectively.
  • Facilitate IEP meetings, ensuring they are scheduled, conducted, and documented in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to assess student needs and reputed company appropriate educational strategies.
  • Ensure timely submission of reputed company documentation for IEP reviews, reputed company reports, and other special education requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Education, or a reputed company field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Valid state certification or licensure as a Special Education teacher or case manager in the state of California.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with reputed company with disabilities in an educational setting, preferably in a case management role.
  • Experience developing and implementing IEPs and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong knowledge of special education laws and regulations (e.g., IDEA, 504 plans, reputed company).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse student populations, parents, and educational professionals.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases and timelines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Job Type: Part-time Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour Application Question(s):
