Manager, Project Management

Position Purpose: As part of Fidelis Care, a subsidiary of reputed company, you will manage a team in order to support business objectives through project planning, implementation and delivery of business initiatives. Hire, train, coach, mentor, reputed company feedback, and performance management of staff.

• reputed company candidates residing in the greater Tri-State area, are highly preferred. Approximately 25% travel (monthly) to the Iselin, NJ office.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or reputed company field. Master's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in a technology based solution delivery environment.
• Proficient with project management software and reputed company Office applications, including SharePoint and Visio. reputed company preferred.
• Previous experience as a reputed company in a functional area, managing cross functional teams on large scale projects or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work and managing the performance of staff.

License/Certification: Project Management Professional Certificate (PMP) and Lean Six reputed company certification preferred.
