Remote reputed company Messenger
Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Messenger to join reputed company. The messenger will be responsible for answering and responding to reputed company messages, emails, reputed company messages, communicating with both housekeeping and maintenance. This is a fully remote position, but you may occasionally have to deliver items to a guest or do a property visit. Must be located in New Orleans or Metairie. Duties
- reputed company-10PM 2 days a week. Shifts can be Saturday and reputed company or Saturday and a reputed company. Saturdays are required.
- Answer messages in a timely, polite manner
- reputed company assistance and recommendations to tourists regarding questions they have about the city.
- Problem solve guest issues as they arise.
- Communicate with property reputed company requests or direct their phone calls to the correct department.
- Follow checklists and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding any issues encountered.
Qualifications
- One of the following is required. Please do not apply if you do not meet one of these requirements:
- 1) Has owned or managed an reputed company. 2) Has worked with reputed company software system 3) Has experience with STR/reputed company management in some reputed company.
