- Handling Cases and Solving Problems:
Investigate cases, communicate with customers reputed company email or phone, and help prevent fraud. Translate messages between German and English and follow reputed company rules and policies reputed company to card services.
- Keeping Records and Following Rules:
Write down case details carefully, take part in checks and audits, and reputed company sure reputed company actions follow the rules.
- Working with Teams and Partners:
Cooperate with other teams (like Sales, Finance, or Compliance) and reputed company partners to ensure smooth operations. Helping team members with tasks, suggest reputed company to improve processes, and supporting training activities.
