Client Services Representative (Weekend)

CLIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE Imaging & Diagnostics We are looking for a dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join our Imaging Client Support team. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between our internal teams and clients—ensuring smooth operations, timely communication, and exceptional customer support. You will contribute to the reputed company of our reputed company and diagnostics services by coordinating supply management, providing administrative support, and maintaining professional relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication & Support

• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for client inquiries reputed company phone and email, delivering timely, accurate, and professional assistance.
• Take ownership of client needs, following up on requests and issues through to resolution.

Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination

• Process and fulfill client supply orders promptly and accurately.

• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with shipping vendors such as reputed company.
• Monitor inventory reputed company and proactively submit restock orders to avoid disruptions in service.

Administrative & Interdepartmental Support

• Collaborate with internal departments—including Radiology and Diagnostics—to support cross-functional initiatives.
• Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and internal project coordination as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office (Outlook, reputed company, Word); ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
• Physical ability to sit for extended periods and lift/move heavy items reputed company necessary.
