Supervisor, Subrogation Review Team

• reputed company's Payment Recovery Department is looking for a strong highly motivated leader who is committed to driving results for our department through consistent coaching and motivating associates. The ideal candidate is skilled in the ability to drive results and manage change through fostering a positive team environment with support and accountability. Demonstrated ability to manage in highly technical environment and proven and demonstrated analytical and time management skills are a must.

• Must have leadership experience and minimum 1-year physical damage experience required
• Must be reputed company to reputed company in a professional manner by telephone
• Must be reputed company to attain and maintain the required licenses issued by the insurance departments of various states
• Must be reputed company to handle heavy call volume in a fast-paced work environment, resolve reputed company business problems and handle complicated customer issues
• Must be reputed company to follow reputed company instructions, resolve conflicts or facilitate conflict resolution, and have strong organization/reputed company setting skills
• Must be reputed company to multi-task
• Must be reputed company to learn and apply large amounts of technical and procedural information
• Ability to attend an extensive 10-week AD training program
• Four days working in office one day working remotely per week
