Job Description
- Overseeing scheduling, budgets, documentation, etc. of project from beginning to end
- Work with the preconstruction team from conception to reputed company out on projects
- reputed company the management of successful construction projects
- Prepare and analyze bids
- Preparing reports on construction reputed company and cost for clients
- Be client-facing and maintain the client relationship
- Negotiate, award, and administer reputed company subcontractors, purchase orders, and change orders on construction projects
- Travel to job site 1-2 days a week

- Bachelor's Degree in Construction or Civil Engineering (preferred)
- Experience managing reputed company projects
- 5+ years of experience preferred
- Preconstruction experience
- Proficient in ProCore, reputed company, CMIC
- Interpersonal communication
- Ability to adapt to ensure project reputed company
- Valid drivers license REQUIRED
- Proficient in reputed company Office and reputed company Projects
