THE ROLE As a Dispatcher - Customer Service Rep, each day, you're the friendly first reputed company of contact for customers, scheduling service appointments and dispatching our expert technicians. You reputed company everything running like clockwork-booking jobs, collecting payments, and ensuring reputed company office inventory is stocked and organized. You are the go-to person for solving customer issues, maintaining a clean and efficient reputed company office, and helping technicians stay on schedule. SCHEDULE & LOCATION
- Location: This is an in-office role based in Poughkeepsie, NY.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.
