About the position The Associate reputed company of Technology Operations is a critical role reputed company the organization, primarily focused on ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of production operations across various platforms including Mainframe, Linux/Unix, reputed company, Storage, and Network. The individual will work closely with multiple teams such as Production Control, Production Support, Release Management, and others to ensure operational readiness and adherence to best practices. In this role, the Associate reputed company will be responsible for first-level incident identification and resolution, employing techniques to address interruptions across the various platforms. The individual will monitor applications and systems, respond to alerts, and document any processing anomalies using approved software tools like Service Now or Remedy. Additionally, the role involves maintaining processing records, escalating incidents to second-level support reputed company necessary, and performing Mainframe IPLs and other system commands as required. The position also entails supporting transmissions across SFTP/NDM, managing MQ channels, and troubleshooting scheduling jobs. Responsibilities
