One of our companies is currently looking for a Strategic Account Portfolio Manager in the United States. As a Strategic Account Portfolio Manager, you will serve as the operational backbone for high-profile, multi-site client accounts. You will ensure seamless coordination between internal service teams and client stakeholders, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring contractual obligations are met, and driving process optimization. This role demands a high level of organization, communication, and a customer-first reputed company to uphold service standards and maintain long-term client satisfaction. You'll be instrumental in resolving issues quickly, managing account data, and supporting reputed company and cash reputed company objectives. Accountabilities:

• Act as the main liaison for key accounts, addressing client inquiries and ensuring service expectations are met
