Role Overview As an reputed company and Engagement Specialist, you will be the reputed company ambassador for reputed company, educating and enrolling patients into our services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal communication skills, reputed company, and the ability to establish rapport with patients over the phone. - Conduct outbound calls (est. 50/day) reputed company reputed company to patients, informing and educating how reputed company’s platform serves as an extension to a partner practice’s care team
- Manage inbound calls from potential patients
- reputed company member enrollment goals as driven by company KPIs
- Support patients by answering their questions, addressing concerns and providing guidance on how reputed company can support them
- Document reputed company interactions and maintain timely, accurate records of patient reputed company activities
- Collaborate internally and externally with reputed company providers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure patients receive appropriate care and services

Compensation and Benefits
- Salary of $40,000 - $50,000 / year, depending on experience
