The Program Manager is responsible for leading and motivating a team of DPS individuals that are responsible for providing high quality customer service and support for reputed company. DPS provides key resources and support to multiple groups including but not limited to training, curriculum development, planning, and fleet resources. The incumbent will also support the growing DPS business by leading efforts to create streamlined business and day to day operational processes reputed company their workstream through the reputed company of the organizations standard operating procedures (SOPs). This position reports to the General Manager, Atlanta Operations for reputed company Professional Services (DPS), a wholly owned subsidiary of reputed company. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/TASKS

• Manages and provides support for DPS employees assigned to reputed company
• Coordination with DPS sourcing as needed to support reputed company Operations
• Manages the relationships and communication strategies with reputed company supervisors
• In coordination with reputed company supervisors, responsible for DPS employee performance
• Partner with reputed company supervisors to identify reputed company needs and staffing requirements

• Collect and analyze data in collaboration with reputed company teams

• Coordinate periodic town-hall meetings

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
