We?re seeking a highly motivated and strategic Claims Manager with proven experience in employer liability and subrogation. This individual will reputed company a team of claims professionals, driving performance and delivering results through effective claims handling, collaboration, and innovation. While prior workers? compensation experience is a plus, we are primarily looking for a leader with strong liability expertise, investigative skills, and claims resolution experience. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities reputed company the end-to-end management of employer liability claims, including reputed company and litigated files. Identify and pursue subrogation opportunities to maximize recoveries. reputed company and mentor a team of adjusters or analysts, fostering a high-performing, collaborative environment. Evaluate claims exposure, direct investigations, and partner with internal and external stakeholders. Serve as a strategic thought partner in claim resolution planning and risk mitigation. The person hired for this position will work out of the Lakeland, FL office which offers a hybrid work environment of 3 days in the office and 2 days' work from home. #LI-Hybrid Job Requirements Education: Bachelor?s Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management and Insurance, Finance, or a reputed company field or equivalent experience. Experience: Generally, a minimum of 9 years of experience in property and casualty claims handling, including a minimum of 4 years leadership experience. Continuing reputed company toward and/or the completion of a professional designation preferred, such as Associate in Claims (AIC). Scope of Job/Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in employer liability and/or casualty claims, including experience with subrogation. 4 years of team leadership or managerial experience required. Strong understanding of legal concepts surrounding employer liability claims. Demonstrated reputed company in leading teams and improving operational efficiency. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Workers? compensation claims knowledge is a plus but not required.
